Introd’s underlying systems are complicated. The product must not feel complicated.
Users may bring thousands of contacts, conflicting identity signals, incomplete histories, several possible paths, and an important goal. This person turns that complexity into clear decisions and carefully designed workflows.
This is not a conventional Product Manager. It is a hands-on builder who can investigate a problem, design an answer, implement it, test it with users, and ship it.

Contribution and ownership
Ownership should follow contribution.
Introd is being built by people who think and act like owners. Depending on the opportunity, commitment, applicable law, and formal approval, compensation may include stock options subject to the company’s equity plan, vesting terms, exercise conditions, and required corporate approvals.
A founding title describes the stage and level of contribution. It does not by itself create founder, officer, director, shareholder, or governance status.

How we work when the map is incomplete
Introd is still early enough that important decisions will not arrive with perfect evidence or detailed instructions. We expect people to ask good questions, form a point of view, make the work visible, and move.
We care about speed, but not the kind created by leaving a mess for someone else. We care about ambition, but not performance. We tell one another the truth, stay close to users, document consequential decisions, and protect the trust people place in the product.
You will have real ownership here. That means room to shape the work and responsibility for what happens after it ships.
