Cookie Policy

Last updated: August 13, 2026 · Effective: August 13, 2026

1. Overview

This Cookie Policy explains how Introd Technologies Inc. (“Introd”, “we”, “us”) uses cookies and similar technologies when you visit getintrod.ai or use the Introd product (the “Service”). It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.

2. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They allow the site to recognize your device and remember information such as preferences and login state. First-party cookies are set by the site you are visiting; third-party cookies are set by other domains (for example, embedded analytics).

3. Cookies we use

  • Strictly necessary: required to provide the Service, including authentication, session security, and load balancing. These cannot be turned off.
  • Preferences: remember settings such as theme, language, and region so the Service feels personal across visits.
  • Functional / support: make an optional support Messenger available and preserve a conversation after you consent.
  • Analytics: help us understand how visitors discover and use the Service so we can improve it. Data is aggregated and pseudonymized.
  • Marketing: measure the effectiveness of campaigns. These are off by default and require your consent in the EEA, UK, and Switzerland.

4. Detailed cookie list

The table below lists the cookies most commonly set by the Service. The exact set may vary depending on the features you use and your consent choices. On selected public pages, Intercom Messenger cookies are created only after optional cookies are allowed. In the signed-in app, they are created only after an authenticated user opens Support.

5. Third-party cookies

Some pages embed content or scripts from third parties (for example, support, authentication, or analytics providers). Intercom operates the optional support Messenger and Fin AI support assistant. Those parties may set their own cookies, which are governed by their privacy and cookie policies. We do not control these cookies and recommend reviewing each provider’s policy if you want to know more.

6. Similar technologies

We also use related technologies such as local storage, session storage, pixels, SDKs, and server-side logs to support the same purposes described above. References to “cookies” in this policy include these similar technologies where context allows.

7. Managing your choices

You can manage cookies in several ways:

  • Use our cookie banner to accept or reject non-essential cookies. Use “Cookie settings” in the site footer to change your choice at any time.
  • Adjust your browser settings to block or delete cookies. Most browsers allow you to do this on a per-site basis.
  • Use browser privacy modes (Incognito, Private Browsing) to limit cookies to a single session.
  • Opt out of specific analytics providers using their own tools, for example the Google Analytics Opt-out.

Note that disabling strictly necessary cookies will break parts of the Service, including sign-in and account security.

8. Do Not Track and GPC

We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as a request to opt out of non-essential cookies and any “sale” or “sharing” of personal information as defined by U.S. state laws. We also treat an enabled browser Do Not Track signal as a request to keep optional analytics and support-chat cookies disabled. Email support remains available when these cookies are disabled.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. We will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and, for material changes, provide additional notice through the Service.
